[OT] Not sure if it’s open to discussion, but I don’t understand why all browsers don’t just display RSS (don’t get me wrong… NetNewswire is great, but sometimes I don’t want to launch another app… I just want to see an RSS feed).- Safari used to display RSS… and very nicely I might add… but stopped displaying RSS in any capacity as part of Mountain Lion.
- I guess this Safari Extension might help (just found it in a search today)?

- Chrome displays RSS feeds as XML (bleach!)
- Firefox does a nice job with RSS feeds. (yay!)
But I tend to spend 80% of my browsing in Safari! 😉
FWIW, as for the subject of your article, IMNSHO RSS feeds are here to stay!
